- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom cut or special order fabrics may take additional time for processing.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days
Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Within India: Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
- International Shipping: Charges are based on weight, destination country, and courier service.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment status online until it reaches your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is received in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately with photos of the packaging and fabric.
- In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be provided based on investigation results.
International Shipping – Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) must be paid by the customer as per the destination country’s regulations.
- Vestire Fabric will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
